This article explains how Admin users can customize the layout and content of the My Workspace dashboard using My Custom Settings. These settings allow admins to control which sections appear in the workspace, configure which metrics are visible, and arrange the sequence of modules to match organizational priorities.
Follow these steps to customize the view of My Workspace:
Note: Employee Users will have fewer options to customize their dashboards. These users will only be able to disable certain elements, and will not be able to rearrange the sections on their workspace.
Navigate to My Workspace.
Select your profile icon in the top navigation bar.
From the left navigation panel, click My Custom Settings, or select the Settings icon from the dashboard to go directly to the My Custom Settings page.
- Customise each section of the workspace as required by following the steps below.
The user can use the drag-and-drop handle (vertical dotted icon) next to each module to rearrange the order.
Modules appear on the My Workspace dashboard in the same sequence configured here.
The View Dashboard hyperlink lets you return to the My Workspace page to review the updated layout.
Display Calendar Settings
In the Customize your Workspace section, select how time-based data should display:
Calendar Year: January 1 through December 31.
Fiscal Year: A 12-month period ending on a date other than December 31.
If Fiscal Year is selected, choose the Fiscal Year End Date.
Customize Incident Widgets
Scroll to the Incidents section.
Use the main toggle to enable or disable the entire Incidents widget.
Select which incident metrics appear on the workspace:
Average Time to Resolve
Triage
Open Incidents
Overdue Incidents
Closed Incidents
Enable Aging Dates and Counts if aging-based incident views are required.
Only selected metrics will be displayed on the My Workspace dashboard.
Customize Audit Widgets
Scroll to the Audits section.
Use the toggle to enable or disable the Audits widget.
Select which audit statuses to display:
Overdue
Upcoming
Completed
These selections control which audit summary metrics appear on the workspace.
Configure Risk Assessments, Workplans, and Attestations
Scroll to the HIPAA Risk Assessments and Workplans section.
Use the toggle to show or hide the widget on the My Workspace dashboard.
When enabled, related risk and workplan summary metrics are displayed.
Scroll to the Risk Assessments section.
Enable or disable the widget using the toggle.
This controls whether general risk assessment summaries appear on the workspace.
Scroll to the Attestations section.
Use the toggle to show or hide attestation-related metrics on the workspace.
Configure Document Widgets
Scroll to the Documents section.
Enable the Policies widget.
Select which document statuses to display:
In Approval
Pending
Configure Third-Party Management Widgets
Scroll to Third Party Management.
Enable or disable the module using the main toggle.
Configure BA Agreements metrics:
Overdue
Expiring Soon
In Progress
Configure Contracts metrics:
Expired
Renewal Due Soon
In Progress
Review Right Panel Workspace Sections
From the right side of My Custom Settings, admins can control additional workspace panels:
Where I Left Off: Toggle visibility and choose how many recent actions to display.
My Alerts: Enable or disable alert notifications on the workspace.
News and Updates: Control visibility of RSS-based industry news feeds.
