This article explains how to use the My Tasks in Compliance Manager to view and manage your assigned tasks. The page provides a centralized list of all tasks, including pending and overdue items, allowing you to track due dates, monitor progress, and stay organized. You can just switch between your Assignments and To Do List to ensure all compliance-related activities are completed quickly.
Follow these steps to begin working on the assigned task:
- You can access all tasks by clicking Go To My Tasks at the bottom of your task list in the workspace, or by selecting My Tasks from the profile menu.
- The My Assignments displays all assigned tasks in a table format, showing key details such as the Task title or description, Type (e.g., Document Review, Audit, Incident), Location, Assigned On date, Due Date, and Status (e.g., Pending, Overdue, completed) to help you easily track and manage your assignments.
- Use the Search Bar at the top to quickly find tasks by keyword or apply Status Filters (e.g., Pending, Overdue) to refine your results. Additional filters on the left panel let you sort tasks by Age of Task or Date Range. Click Clear All to remove filter chips and see the full list of tasks.
- My Assignments: Displays all tasks directly assigned to you.
- To Do List: Shows tasks you’ve added manually or tasks that require follow-up.
- Tasks marked with colored dots help you quickly identify their status.
- Orange indicates pending tasks.
- Red highlights overdue tasks.
- Blue represents completed tasks.
