This article explains the My Profile page in Compliance Manager, where users can view and manage their personal account information. The My Profile page displays user details such as name, email address, profile image, assigned permissions, and company contacts, and provides options to update password settings.
Follow these steps to access the My Profile page:
Log in to Compliance Manager.
Select your profile icon in the top navigation bar and click My Profile from the menu.
On the My Profile page, you can view:
Name
Primary Email Address
The Profile Photo can be added or changed as needed.
On the right side of the page, the My Permissions section displays:
Your assigned role (for example, Admin, Manager, or Employee User)
The locations where your role applies.
The My Company Contacts section lists system administrators and key contacts for your organization. These contacts can be used if you need assistance with access, permissions, or compliance-related questions.
To change the password, select the Change Password link.
Enter your current password when prompted.
Enter and confirm your new password according to the password requirements.
Save your changes.
