This article explains how users can view and manage alerts directly from the My Workspace page in Compliance Manager. Alerts notify users of important system activity, overdue items, and actions that may require attention, helping users stay informed and responsive.
Follow these steps to view the Alert Details:
- Log in using your credentials. The My Workspace page opens by default.
- In the left panel of My Workspace, locate the Alerts indicator (warning icon) with a numeric badge. The badge shows the number of active alerts assigned to you.
- Click the record name hyperlink within an alert to open the associated item in Compliance Manager. This allows you to review details and take the required action.
- Select X to dismiss the alert from the list. Alerts may also be automatically cleared once the related action is completed.
