Filtering My Workspace

This article explains how to use the Advanced Filter in My Workspace to refine dashboard data by location, user, and date range. Applying filters updates dashboard metrics in real time, allowing users to focus on the most relevant compliance information.

Follow these steps to use the Advanced Filter in the My Workspace page:

1. Navigate to My Workspace.

2. Select the Advanced Filter located below the My Workspace heading.

3. The filter panel opens on the left side of the screen.

4. The user can filter the data using the following types:

   • Filter by Location

     • Click Location in the Advanced Filter panel.

     • Select one or more locations from the list.

     • The dashboard updates to display data only for the selected location(s).

       

   • Filter by User

     • Click User in the Advanced Filter panel.

     • Select a user from the list.

     • Dashboard metrics refresh to show data associated with the selected user.

       

   • Filter by Date Range

     • Select Date Range in the Advanced Filter panel.

     • Choose a predefined range or specify a custom date range if available.

     • The dashboard updates to reflect activity within the selected time period.

       

     • This filter works alongside widget-level date options such as 30 Days, 60 Days, 90 Days, and 1 Year.
