This article explains how to access and customize the attestation statement within your attestation templates. From the Response page, you can update the statement for both standard Compliance Manager templates and custom templates. Each template can include its own unique attestation statement.
Follow these steps to edit an Attestation Template Statement:
- Navigate to Admin
Template Library and select Incidents from the left menu. The Incident Templates screen will appear.
- Click the Attestation Template from the list to customize the statement. The Attestation Template page will open.
- Select the Response Page tab to edit the related fields.
- Click the pencil icon located on the far right of the I acknowledge that I have received and read checkbox.
- In the Edit box, replace or update the existing text in the Label field with your custom statement.
- Click Save to update the changes. Also, save the details from the Attestation Template page to finalize the changes.
