The Preview Document feature allows users to review document content in a read-only view without opening the document for editing. Users can navigate through pages, search for content, adjust the zoom level, and download the document for offline access.
Follow the steps below to preview a document:
- Navigate to My Documents.
- Locate the document you want to review.
- Click the document name. The document opens in the Preview window.
If the document is password-protected, enter the document password when prompted.
- The following actions are available within the preview window:
- Download a copy of the document to your device.
- Navigate between document pages and view the current page number.
- Search for specific words or phrases within the document.
- Zoom in or zoom out to adjust the document view.

Password-protected documents require the correct password before they can be previewed or downloaded.
