This article explains how to access public documents available within the system. Public documents are accessible to all authorized users and may include policies, procedures, or reference materials.
Follow the steps below to Access the Public Document:
- Navigate to the Documents. The My Documents page will appear with a list of available documents.
- To view the available documents, navigate to the Filters panel and enable the Documents toggle. The available documents will be listed on the screen.
