This article explains how send a password reset email in Compliance Manager when access has been lost or compromised. It outlines the steps for issuing a password reset email, and supports the standard reset process that helps users regain access while maintaining organizational security requirements. Additionally, our Support team is able to manually reset a user password, should the need arise. Please have the user call our support line at 877-777-9963, if they are unable to receive the password reset email.
Follow these steps to reset a user's password:
Navigate to the Admin and select Users from the left menu panel. The Manage Users page will be displayed.
- Find and click on the user details of the person whose password you want to reset. You can use the Filter panel to find the user easily.
On the User Details page, click the More option icon (three dots) and select Send Password Reset Email from the menu.
- A confirmation message will be displayed (lower left).
- Note: Password reset emails are sent only to the user’s primary login email and not to their notification email.
