The Audit Result section displays a summary of audit findings for all auditees associated with a particular Date of Service (DOS). It consolidates information from both line-level and chart-level reviews, showing total possible points, deduction points, and the overall accuracy rate. Users can select applicable errors, complete audit-level checklists, and assign a Master Outcome. This section serves as the final summary for the audit but does not support adding custom comments.
