The purpose of this article is to guide users on how to use Internal Notes to record supplementary information related to a specific DOS within the Audit Worksheet. This feature allows users to document essential details, comments, or observations associated with a particular DOS. Users can add as many notes as needed, facilitating clear communication and comprehensive documentation within the Audit Manager+.
Internal Notes also serve as a valuable tool for QA Reviewers, who may prefer to document identified issues rather than make direct changes. By adding notes, the reviewer can highlight concerns and assign the audit back to the auditor for further review and/or necessary corrections.
Follow the steps below to add Internal Notes:
- Navigate to the
icon in the top right corner of the Audit Worksheet screen.
- Click Internal Notes. An Internal Notes window will appear with a list of previously added notes, if any. The most recent note will be displayed at the top of the list.
- Enter a note and click Save to add the note. The added note will be displayed, as the first note, at the bottom of the page.
- To edit an existing note, click the pencil icon. Updates are saved automatically when you click outside the text box.
