This article explains how to unarchive users in Compliance Manager. Unarchiving restores previously archived user accounts, allowing them to regain access and resume activity in the system. Admins or managers can locate archived users, reactivate them as needed, and ensure their roles and permissions are updated appropriately upon reactivation.
Follow these steps to Unarchive Users:

Navigate to Admin and select Users from the left panel. The Manage Users screen will appear.

In the Filter panel, expand the Status section, enable Archived, and disable Active to view all archived users.

You can also use the search bar to find the desired user from the list.

Click on the more options icon at the far right of the user you want, and select Unarchive. The user archive confirmation message will then appear.
