This article describes how to complete a document review task within the Document Center. The review process ensures that documents remain accurate, compliant, and aligned with current organizational and regulatory standards.
When a document review task is assigned, Compliance Manager notifies the assigned reviewer by email, including a link to access the task directly in the system. The task can also be accessed in-app from the user’s My Tasks list.
Follow these steps to complete the Document Review Task:
- Navigate to the My Tasks section in Compliance Manager. You can access My Tasks from any part of the program by clicking your initials or profile image in the top right corner.
- Click the desired Document Review task from the My Assignments.
- Under the Document Review section, click the document title link in blue to review the attached document.
- If you are satisfied with the document, click on the Complete Review button to open the Document Review window.
- Type any desired comments in the Comments section, if applicable.
- If any additional documents are needed, click the Add Document button and select the desired document.
- Click Save to re-access the review later, or click Save and Complete to finish the Document Review task.
