Domains make it easier for users by breaking down complex steps into simpler choices. Since incident reporting is such an essential part of keeping your compliance program effective, we want to help staff report incidents quickly and easily.

Incident Queue and Domains
Domains help organize incidents, giving you a clear view of your management queue. Incidents reported through a template linked to a domain are tagged accordingly and included in domain search results. Use filters to quickly narrow results by domain.
Create a Domain
Follow these steps to create a new Domain:
- Navigate to the Admin
Template Library and select Compliance Domains from the left side menu. A Compliance Domains page will appear.
- Select the Add icon to create a new domain. An Add Domain page will appear.
- Type the desired Domain Name and enter the appropriate details in the Description field.
- Click Save Domain to add new domain details.
Create Subdomains
Follow these steps to create a new Domain:
- Navigate to the Admin
Template Library and select Compliance Domains from the left side menu. A Compliance Domains page will appear.
- Select the desired Domain from the list. The Domain Details screen will open.
- Select the Add icon to create a new subdomain. An Add Subdomain page will appear.
- Click Add Subdomain, enter a name, and select Add Subdomain again to confirm. Repeat as needed, then click Save Subdomains to add the list to the domain.
