Standard Audit Reports

The Reporting section in Audit Manager allows the user to manage, view and/or download reports by Project, Provider, or Coder.

Reports Available:

Project Data File
Provides granular project information regarding each specific date of service by coder.

Project Summary
Summarizes E/M, ICD, CPT/HCPCS scores by coder for a given project.

Project Detailed Report
Summarizes the outcome of a project in the same format as the Coder Detailed Report.

Coder Detailed Report
Summarizes the outcome of a particular coder audit within a particular project. If records are uploaded into Audit Manager, a scanned image associated with a particular date of service can be included. Also available is the option to include all scanned images or only those with incorrect E/M or CPT codes (must be specified in audit guidelines).

Provider Detailed Report
Summarizes the outcome of a particular coder audit within a particular project. If records are uploaded into Audit Manager, a scanned image associated with a particular date of service can be included. Also available is the option to include all scanned images or only those with incorrect E/M or CPT codes (must be specified in audit guidelines).

Worksheet Detailed Report
Provides audit specific details regarding each date of service.
