There are several reasons why you may be experiencing difficulty logging into the software. Refer to the links below for troubleshooting the different use cases:

I Need My Password Reset for Compliance Manager or Audit Manager
Below are the following steps to execute a simple password reset for Compliance Manager or Audit Manager:
Step 1.
Navigate to the login page and select the 'Forgot Password' below the 'Sign in' button.

Step 2.
Enter the email address where you received the system notification. (This is typically a work email but can also be a personal email address)
Click the checkbox in the 'reCAPTCHA' (I am not a robot) and click the required images if prompted.
Step 3.
Select 'Send me reset password instructions.'Having trouble logging in or need your password reset? Image 2.
Step 4.
Check the inbox for the email you entered for the password reset to view the instructions to complete the password reset. Please note, you may need to check your Spam/Junk folder if the reset instructions can't be found.

I Clicked on a Training Link in an Email, and it is Asking for a Username and a Password
Important: The course link you receive in your email is a one-time link. To access again, go to the Compliance Manager login page and sign in. Once signed in, click the 'Training' link in the primary navigation at the top of the page to access your assigned courses.

My Account is Locked
If your account has been locked, reset your password by following the instructions below:
Step 1.

Important! Wait 15 minutes before attempting to log in with your new password.
I received my password reset email, but the link doesn't work. What do I do?
Step 1.
In the email, select 'Change my password' link or right-click and highlight the 'Copy link address' from the pop-up menu. Having trouble logging in or need your password reset? Image 4.
Step 2.
Open a new window in Google Chrome (preferred) or Firefox, and paste the link into the web address bar.

Note: Internet Explorer and Microsoft Edge are not compatible.
This should open the link without issue. If it does not, please email support@healthicity.com for further assistance. Make sure to include your name, organization name (including parent company), and any other pertinent information regarding your request.
