The Lists page will display a list of standard Compliance Manager lists and custom lists that you’ve created.
For each list, you will see the Name, Custom (Yes or No), and a set of available actions, Edit and Delete.
Add a List
From the Lists screen:
Click the '+' icon, appearing at the top right of the screen.
Enter your custom list title.
Click 'Submit.'

Edit Lists
Click the list’s edit icon to edit the list title.
Selecting the list’s hyperlinked title provides you access to the following options.
- Add a single list value
- Bulk upload list values
- Download list values
- Delete or edit list values

To add a value to a list
Step 1.
Click on a list name to add a value to the list.
Step 2.
Click the '+' icon, appearing at the top right of the list.
Step 3.
Enter the value title and click 'Submit"

The bulk upload feature works in the same manner as the bulk employee upload feature. Use the provided sample import file to quickly upload a list of values.

A list of all of your bulk uploads for the selected list will be displayed on the summary page, including details related to the status and result of the upload.
Hide, Show, Delete Values
List values can be hidden, shown or deleted.
Hiding list values keep them from appearing in the related field's dropdown list when adding or editing records. Hiding list values will not remove existing data.
Deleting list values removes them from the related list and from any existing records where the value was used.
