This article explains how to customize email template content in Compliance Manager. Email templates are accessed through Notification Settings in the Admin module and are used for system-generated messages, such as task assignments, reminders, due dates, and overdue notifications.
Access to Notification Settings depends on user role:
- Admin: Can edit templates for all modules included in the subscription, across all locations.
- Manager with Full Access: Can edit templates for subscribed modules at locations where they have Full Access.
- Manager with Custom Access: Can edit templates for assigned modules and locations only.
Users can update email content to reflect organizational language and communication preferences, and may revert to the default Healthicity template at any time. Changes can also be applied to child locations as needed.
Follow these steps to manage the notification email templates:
- Navigate to Admin
Notification Settings and select Audits from the left menu. The Audit Notification Settings screen will appear.
- Select the desired location from the Location drop-down list. All the email notification related sections will appear.
- Click on the desired notification title to expand the section and view its content.
- Note: Some content in the email template cannot be edited, such as links, due dates, and other system-generated details. These elements provide users with direct access to the system and assigned tasks. Removing or altering them may prevent users from accessing the system through email notifications.
- Users can navigate to the desired section subject, message, and signature, and update the required details.
- Click Save to apply the changes.
