This article explains how to assign a risk assessment within the Risk Assessments module. It guides users through selecting a risk, choosing the appropriate assignee, and sending the assessment for review or action. Assigning a risk assessment ensures the right individuals are responsible for evaluating, documenting, and managing identified risks.
Follow these steps to assign Risk Assessments to the employee:
Navigate to the My Workspace
Risk Assessments. The All Risk Assessments queue page is displayed by default.
Select the risk assessment that you want to assign. You can quickly find it using the search bar or filter panel.
From the Risk Assessment Detail page, scroll down to the Risk Assessment section and click Add icon.
- Select the desired employee from the list.
- Select a Due Date from the calendar.
- Click Save and Exit to save progress and complete it later.
- Click Save and Complete to finalize and assign the Risk Assessment Task.
