This article covers the Incident Import Files functionality, enabling clients to manage one-time or recurring incident imports independently. It enhances visibility, streamlines issue resolution, and improves support efficiency.
Follow the steps below to view completed bulk Incident Imports.
- Navigate to the Admin. My Organization Overview page will be displayed.
- Click Incident Import Files from the left panel. The Incident Import Files page displays a list of bulk-imported incidents. You can view the file name, upload date, total incident count, and number of new and invalid incidents.
- You can click the Total Incident Count or Invalid digit hyperlink to download the individual Excel report.
- Note: The Incident Import Files feature is only enabled for certain clients. If you cannot access it, consult your Admin. Only Super Admins have the authority to enable or disable Incident Imports.
