The purpose of Archive Third Parties in Compliance Manager is to retain historical records of third-party entities that are no longer actively monitored or assessed. This helps organizations preserve past compliance records, streamline active workflows by removing inactive third parties, maintain data integrity without permanent deletion, and facilitate future reviews if needed. By archiving third parties, organizations can efficiently manage compliance while ensuring historical data remains accessible for reference, audits, or regulatory requirements.
