Exporting the TPM (Third Party Management) list
Follow the steps below to export TPM details:

Navigate to My Workspace
TPM. The All Third Parties window will be displayed.

Click the checkbox next to any TPM in the list to allow the ellipsis menu to appear in the column header row.

Click the ellipsis menu and select the Export option.

The report will generate in the background and will download to your computer automatically when ready.
ℹ️ NotesThe report is downloaded to your computer in Excel format, including all record details.
Exporting the TPM Agreements and Contracts lists
Follow the steps below to export the TPM BA Agreements or Contracts list:

Within the TPM module, select BA Agreements or Contracts from the left-hand navigation panel.

Click the Download icon at the top right of the list. The report will download directly to your computer and will also appear in your browser's download section.

Exporting TPM Individual BA Agreements and Contracts
Follow the steps below to export TPM individual BA Agreements or Contracts:

Within the TPM module, select BA Agreements or Contracts from the left-hand navigation panel.

Access the desired Agreement/Contract profile by clicking the desired BA Agreement.

Within the Agreement/Contract profile, click the blue Agreement title to download the file. It will be downloaded directly to your computer and should also appear in your browser's download section.
