The Third Party Profile Bulk Import feature allows users to efficiently upload and manage large volumes of third-party data in a single process. This eliminates manual data entry, reduces errors, and saves time when creating or updating multiple third-party profiles at once. Follow the steps below to Import third-party profile information:
- Navigate to My Workspace
TPM. The All Third Parties page will be displayed.
- Select Import. The Third Party Imports page will be displayed.
- Click on the plus icon at the top right.
- Click the dropdown and choose the desired Location from the list, associated with the TPM.
- Once you have selected a Location, download the Sample Third Parties Import File and fill out all required data. Once you have filled out the import file, save the file to your computer where you can easily find it for the upload process.
- Once the import file is saved to your computer, click the Choose File button to locate and select the saved file on your computer.
- Once you have located and selected the file on your computer, click the Open button.
- Once the file is showing 100% attached on the import page, click the Upload button.
- Once you click Upload, you'll be taken back to the Third Party Imports page to view the results. Scroll to the bottom of the page to see the most recent import attempt.
- If your upload was successful with no invalid records, this process is complete, however, if there are invalid records, you will click the link to download the invalid records file, then scroll to the far right and find the Import Errors column and review.
- Simply edit the original file with the corrected data and upload again. Repeat this process until your upload is successful.
