The Key Findings / Recommendations allow users to define critical insights and actionable recommendations identified during the audit. It highlights key observations, areas of concern, and suggested improvements to enhance compliance, accuracy, and overall performance.
Choose the desired version of Audit Manager+ to see the relevant steps:
Audit Manager+ Enterprise
Follow these steps to start working with Findings / Recommendations using the Enterprise version:

Navigate to the Admin
Manage Audit Settings
Findings / Recommendations. The Key Findings / Recommendations screen will be displayed.

Audit Manager+ Multi-Account
Follow these steps to start working with Findings / Recommendations using the Multi-Account version:
- Navigate to the Admin

Add Key Findings/Recommendations
Follow the steps to add Key Findings / Recommendations:

Click on the Add to define new key findings/recommendations details.
- Select the desired Type: Key Finding or Recommendation.

Select the desired Category and Sub Category from the drop-down list.

Type the desired description in the Short Description and Long Description fields.
- The short description is used for searching key findings or recommendations and is not included in the report.
- The long description appears in the Findings section of the Provider Detail Report and is also used when searching for key findings or recommendations.
- Select Save to confirm and store the new key finding or recommendation.
- Users can delete a key finding or recommendation by selecting it from the list and choosing Delete from the Actions tab, or by clicking the Delete icon in the Action field, if required.
- The Show/Hide checkbox allows the user to remove columns in the list portion of the grid.
Edit Key Findings/Recommendations
Follow the steps to edit existing Key Findings / Recommendations:

Use the Search bar to find the desired findings/recommendations.
- The user can click on the pencil Edit icon from the Actions field to edit the existing key finding or recommendation details.
- Update the necessary fields, such as type, category, subcategory or descriptions.
- Click Save to apply the changes.
Bulk Upload Key Findings/Recommendations
Follow the steps to bulk upload Key Findings / Recommendations:

Click on the Bulk Upload. The Findings or Recommendations: Bulk Upload window will be displayed.
- Click Download Template to access a preformatted .csv file that allows you to add multiple key findings or recommendations in the correct format and structure.
- Enter all desired key findings or recommendations details into the downloaded file. Make sure there is data in the required fields, identified by an asterisk. Follow the instructions on the page for a successful upload.
- Save the file as a .csv file on your local device.

Click in the Upload file area, then browse and select the saved file.
- Click Save to upload all the added key findings or recommendations.
