This article explains how to customize the notifications used in the Third Party Management (TPM) module. All TPM-related notifications can be managed from the Admin > Notifications section, where administrators can update the message text, adjust the email signature, and add additional recipients or roles to ensure the right people are alerted when third-party records or contracts are updated.
In addition to editing the notification content, you can also create a custom notification schedule for Agreement Due or Contract Due reminders. These notifications can be directed to a specific individual or sent to all users assigned the Admin, Full Access Manager, or Business Associate Manager roles. This flexibility helps organizations keep contract deadlines on track and ensures timely follow-up on third-party compliance activities.
