This article describes how Admin users can view available and assigned user licenses by license type. From the parent location profile, Admins can monitor the number of Admin, Manager, and Employee licenses in use versus those contracted, ensuring compliance with license limits.
Follow these steps to access the available and assigned user license data:
- Navigate to Admin and select Locations from the left menu. The Manage Location page will appear.
- Access your parent location profile by clicking on the location name. The parent location is marked with a global icon before the location name.
- Scroll down to the User License section to see the total contracted and assigned licenses.
- The first number represents the assigned licenses, and the second number indicates the available licenses.
