Public Incident Reporting - Duplicate a Public Incident Reporting Template

Duplicating a Public Incident Reporting template allows you to quickly create additional forms based on an existing template, which can then be customized for specific locations or needs.

Note: Public Incident Reporting templates will not appear to Compliance Manager users when reporting an incident from within the program, as they are meant to be public-facing. Reporting is only accessible via the link or QR code, provided within the template.

Follow these steps to duplicate the Public Incident Reporting Template:

1. Navigate to the Incident Template page and select the desired public incident reporting template to which you want to duplicate. 
2. Click on the more option icon appearing at the top right of the template and select Duplicate.
3. Type the desired template name. This template name does not appear to the public incident reporter.
4. Select Yes or No to duplicate the original template’s permission settings. Permissions can be edited later after the template is created.
5. Click Duplicate Template. A unique URL will be assigned to each duplicated Public Incident Reporting template.
