The View tab provides tools for adjusting document display settings, zoom levels, page layout views, interface themes, and editor panel visibility. These options help users customize the workspace and improve document navigation while editing or reviewing content.
Follow the steps below to access the view settings.
- Open a document in the Healthicity Document Editor.
- Click the View tab.

The user can perform the following actions using the View tab:
- View Document Headings
- Adjust Zoom
- Fit the Document View
- Display Multiple Pages

View Document Headings
The Headings option displays document headings within the left navigation panel, making it easier to navigate large documents.
To Show Headings:
- Click the View tab.
- Select Headings. The document headings appear within the left panel.
Adjust Zoom
The Zoom option controls the document magnification level.
To change the Zoom Level:
- Click the View tab.
- Select the Zoom drop-down menu.
- Choose the desired zoom percentage. The document view updates immediately.
Fit the Document View
The View tab includes several quick options for adjusting document display.
Available View Modes
| Option | Description |
|---|---|
| Fit to Page | Display the entire page within the visible workspace. |
| Fit to Width | Adjust the page width to match the workspace width. |
| Zoom to 100% | Restore the document to its actual size. |
| Multiple Pages | Display multiple pages side by side. |
Display Multiple Pages
- Click View.

Select Multiple Pages. Multiple document pages are displayed within the workspace.

Change the Interface Theme
The Interface Theme option allows users to customize the Document Editor's appearance.
To change the Theme:
- Click View → Interface Theme.
- Select the desired theme. The editor's appearance updates immediately.
Available Themes
| Theme | Description |
|---|---|
| Same as System | Match the operating system theme. |
| Light | Use a light editor interface. |
| Classic Light | Use the classic light theme. |
| Dark | Use a dark editor interface. |
| Contrast Dark | Use a high-contrast dark theme. |
| Gray | Use a gray interface theme. |
| Modern Light | Use the modern light theme. |
| Modern Dark | Use the modern dark theme. |
Customize the Workspace
The View tab allows users to show or hide various interface elements.

| Always Show Toolbar | Keep the ribbon toolbar visible at all times. |
| Status Bar | Show or hide the bottom status bar. |
| Left Panel | Show or hide the navigation panel. |
| Right Panel | Show or hide the settings panel. |
| Rulers | Show or hide document rulers. |
Show or Hide Workspace Elements
- Click the View tab.

Select or clear the desired option:
- Always Show Toolbar
- Status Bar
- Left Panel
- Right Panel
- Rulers.
- The workspace updates immediately.
- Use Headings to navigate lengthy documents more efficiently.
- Hide unused panels to maximize the document editing area.
