HIPAA Workplan Queue

The HIPAA Workplan Queue displays a complete list of all active, pending, and completed HIPAA workplan items created to address risks identified during HIPAA Risk Assessments. It serves as a centralized workspace for tracking corrective actions, monitoring progress, and managing assigned responsibilities.

Each row in the queue displays important information, including the risk category, safeguard type, responsible individual, score, status, and associated location. This allows users to quickly understand the scope and current state of every workplan item.

A built-in search bar at the top of the page enables users to locate specific workplan entries by typing keywords such as risk names or responsible users, making navigation fast and efficient.

The filter panel on the left allows users to refine the workplan list based on Category, Risk, Score, Status, and Location. These filters make it easy to narrow down tasks and focus on workplan items that require immediate attention.

Overall, the Workplan Queue serves as the operational hub for managing HIPAA workplans, ensuring that all assigned actions are visible, accessible, and progressing toward compliance goals.
