When a user creates a new suggestion, votes on an existing one, or adds a comment, they are automatically subscribed to that request. This ensures they receive email notifications about any updates related to that suggestion, such as status changes or new comments from others. If they no longer want to get these notifications, they can easily unsubscribe at any time using the link in the email footer.
By default, email notifications are sent when:
- You’ll be notified when the status of a request you’re subscribed to changes.
- You’ll also receive a notification when someone adds a new comment to that request.
Manage Email Notifications
You can manage your email notification preferences directly from any feedback email:
Navigate to the Feedback portal and click on Profile.
- The Profile page will appear. Select Email Settings to open the email preferences tab.
- Use the checkboxes to turn specific types of notifications on or off based on your preferences.
- Click Save Changes to update the email preferences.
