Why Feedback Matters?
Every comment, request, or idea gives us insight into how we can improve your experience. The feedback helps us:
- Spot things that aren’t working as well as they could.
- Discover opportunities to add new features.
- Make sure we’re building tools that actually make work easier.
How to Share Feedback?
Follow these steps to share feedback:
- Navigate to the Help badge in the application and choose Share Your Feedback.

It will open the Share Your Feedback screen, where you can submit a request by including the following details:

What is your problem or request?
Briefly describe the issue you’re facing or the feature you’d like to see. The suggested prompts will also be listed while you fill out your request to keep the process smoother. -
What are you trying to achieve?
Help us understand the goal or outcome you're aiming for. -
What is your current workaround? (Optional)
If you’ve found a temporary solution, sharing it helps us understand the impact and urgency.

- You can also click the Open in Portal link to go directly to your personal feedback dashboard, where you can submit requests and include helpful details.
What Happens After You Submit a Request?
Once your request is submitted, it’ll show up as Awaiting Feedback. This lets other Audit Manager+ users check it out, vote on it, or add their own experiences. The more feedback a request receives, the easier it is for us to prioritize it.
How to Track Your Requests?
If you’ve submitted or voted on a request, we’ll keep you in the loop. You’ll receive a notification whenever the status of that request changes, along with a brief explanation of what’s happening and why.
