This article will go over the Audit Management page for AM Professional. This page allows you to monitor and manage all the audits in your database. You can also export the list of audits to an Excel sheet.
This article will be broken down into the following sections. Click a section to jump there.
Page View Options

View by Projects:
This option allows you to drill into audits by selecting the project they are listed in.
Note: This view will list active projects by default. Active projects are those where any audit status is listed as Unassigned, Not Started, In Progress or QA. Inactive projects are those where all audits listed in the project, have been completed.
Pro Tip: Toggle the Show/Hide Projects switch at the top right of the list, to view all projects. -
View by Audits:
This option allows you to view a full list of audits with filtering and search options, that will allow you to find the specific audit/s you are looking for.
Managing Audits
For the purposes of this article, we will be using the View by Projects option, to show how to manage your audits.
Step 1.
From the Audit Management>View by Projects page, click the project name where the audits are located.
Step 2.
Click the checkbox on the left, to select a specific audit or select multiple audits, you want to manage.
Step 3.
Click the 'Actions' button, and select the appropriate option to manage the selected audit/s.Action Menu Options

Delete Audit: Allows you to delete the selected audit/s.
Note: Audit Manager does not automatically delete or remove any audit data. This delete option is available for users who wish to do so accordance to their own internal policies. - Change Auditor: Allows you to move the selected audit/s to a different auditor. After clicking this button a popup will display with a dropdown menu for selecting the new auditor.
- Change QA: Allows you to move the selected audit/s to a different QA reviewer. After clicking this button a popup will display with a dropdown menu for selecting the QA reviewer.
- Change Coder: Allows you to change the coder listed in an audit. After clicking this button a popup will display with a dropdown menu for selecting the coder. This action isn't possible unless a coder has been selected for the audit.
- Change Provider: Allows you to change the provider listed in the audit. After clicking this button a popup will display with a dropdown menu for selecting the provider. This action isn't possible unless a provider has been selected for the audit.
- Change Due Date: Allows you to change the audit due date. After clicking this button a popup will display with a date picker for selecting the new date.
- Change Projects: Allows you to move the selected audit/s to a different project. After clicking this button a popup will display with a dropdown menu for selecting the project.
- Change Sub-status: Allows you to change the sub-status of an audit. Sub-statuses can be set up in the Admin>Manage Audit Settings or Admin>Manage Settings pages. After clicking this button a popup will display with a dropdown menu for selecting the sub-status. Sub-status can be changed at any time during the audit process.
- Assign Auditor: Allows you to assign the selected audit/s to a different auditor. After clicking this button a popup will display with a dropdown menu for selecting the auditor.
- Assign QA: Allows you to assign the selected audit/s to a different QA reviewer. After clicking this button a popup will display with a dropdown menu for selecting the QA reviewer.
- Request Re-audit: Allows you to re-open completed audits, or to move an audit that is in QA, back to the auditor to make changes. After clicking this button a popup will display with a dropdown to select whether the audit should be sent back to an auditor or QA, and the specific auditor or QA reviewer.
- Run Report: Allows you to quickly run a report for a specific provider or coder audit selected. Only one audit may be selected at a time, to use this option.
