From time to time, you may need to reopen an audit, after it has been completed. This is what is referred to in the system as a re-audit. Follow the steps below to complete this process.
Navigation within the system will depend on the version of Audit Manager you have. Click the version below to view the associated instructions.
Audit Manager Professional users, please follow the steps below:
Step 1.
Click 'Audit' in the primary navigation menu (blue header).
Step 2.
Click 'Audit Management' in the secondary navigation menu.
Step 3.
On the Audit Management page, you will have two options for finding the audit you want to reopen. View by Projects, and View by Audits. The default option is View by Projects. See more about these options below.
View by Projects: Provides a list of active projects to choose from. After selecting a project, you will see a list of audits included in the project. Proceed to Step 4.
View by Audits: Provides a list of all audits to choose from. Use the quick search bar, or funnel icon to filter results. Proceed to Step 4.Pro Tip: If you know the name of the auditee, click the View By Audits option and use the search bar at the top right of the list, to quickly search for the auditee name.
Step 4.
Once you have located the audit, check the box to the left of the audit, that you want to reopen.
Step 5.
Click the “Actions” button and select 'Request Re-Audit'. Follow the prompts to assign it to the original auditor, or use one of the other assignment options in the dropdown. Click 'Submit' when ready.
Audit Manager Consulting users, please follow the below steps:
Step 1.
Click 'Audit' in the primary navigation menu (blue header).
Step 2.
Click 'Audit Projects' from the secondary navigation menu.
Step 3.
Find the audit you want to reopen. Use the funnel icon to open the filters, or the quick search bar to filter the results.
Step 4.
Check the box to the left of the audit, that you want to reopen.
Step 5.
Click 'Actions' and then 'Request Re-Audit'. Follow the prompts to assign it to the original auditor, or use one of the other assignment options in the dropdown. Click 'Submit' when ready.
