The Viewing Individual Module Reports page allows users to explore detailed information for a specific module, such as Incidents, Audits, Attestations, or Risks. Each report includes interactive charts, sortable tables, and flexible filtering options that make it easy to analyze trends, review specific records, and focus on the data you need.
The page also includes a set of filtering tools that help refine the information displayed. The Date Range dropdown allows users to select preset time periods such as Last 7 Days, Last 30 Days, Last 90 Days, or a custom range.
The Categories filter lets users narrow results based on a specific category related to the module.
Workflow Tip: Categories are pulled from the customizable list configured in the Template Library.
Additional filters make it possible to further customize the report by criteria such as status, title, subcategory, location, and more, ensuring users can quickly access the most relevant data.
Workflow Tip: After applying all desired filters, select Build Report to access the available export options.
Bar Chart
The bar chart on each report page shows the number of records created within the selected date range, with each bar representing a specific unit of time such as a week or month. Bar segments correspond to the status values shown in the legend, and hovering over a bar displays the exact record count for that period.
Chart and Table Toggle
Reports open in chart view by default, and users can switch between chart and table view using the toggle icon.
Pie Chart
The pie chart provides another way to review record distribution. Each segment represents a data label from the legend, and the chart can be filtered by options such as category, status, department, type, or risk rating. Selecting a segment displays the records associated with that filter.
Exporting Data
When viewing filtered pie chart data, users can export the information by selecting the arrow icon. They can choose to include charts or tables and export the report in JPG, PDF, or Excel format.
Workflow Tip: Choosing the Excel export option includes all custom fields and allows you to further customize the data after export, such as applying highlighting or additional filters.
