The Reports Overview page provides a high-level summary of your organization’s activity across major modules. It displays visual graphs for incidents, audits, attestations, and risks, helping users quickly monitor performance and identify areas that may need attention.
A navigation panel on the left lists all available report types, and selecting any option opens module-specific reports with detailed charts and a sortable table of records. These reports include data from incidents, audits, attestations, risk assessments, and other items stored in your database.
At the top of the page, the Last 30 Days dropdown allows users to choose a date range such as Last 7 Days, Last 30 Days, Last 90 Days, Custom, or Yearly. The All Categories filter further refines the report based on the selected category. Users can switch between Chart View and Table View to either visualize trends or review detailed data. Additional filter options are also available to narrow results by status, category, title, subcategory, location, and more.
The Build Report feature allows users to generate a downloadable report in JPG, PDF, or Excel format. When generating a report, users can choose whether to include or exclude filtered table data and chart graphics.
