Audit Manager: Facility and Dental Auditing
- The new product, formerly known as Audit Manager Facility, has been renamed Audit Manager+ to reflect its expanded auditing scope, additional features, and enhancements.
Data Request: Status Displayed on List Page
- The Data Request list page now displays the status of each request, offering users an at-a-glance view of progress for easier tracking and management.
Bulk Import and Import Claims: Enhanced with Practice
- The bulk import for Audit Manager+ now includes the auditee's practice.
- Users can now select claims for audit based on the auditee's practice.
- Corrections and enhancements have been applied to the bulk import file.
Audit Box: Summary Section
- The summary section has been reorganized to align with the workflow in the Results section.
- When a checklist is assigned to a Chart or Audit, it now automatically opens in the summary section, allowing users to respond immediately without extra navigation.
- A new chart has been added to display possible points, score, and overall accuracy rate.
Audit Box: Displaying Points
- A new column has been added to display the number of possible points for each data element.
- This column appears just before the Score column, which shows the number of errors in the row.
Metrics: Retaining Filters
- The list page has been enhanced to retain search filters until manually reset by the user, making it easier to edit multiple metrics in succession.
Checklists: Selecting Responses
- The Element Type has been enhanced to provide clearer descriptions, making selections more intuitive.
- The Element Type has been enhanced to more clearly identify what is being selected.
Reporting & Analytics: Expanded to Counseling Clients

- Enhanced ICD-10-CM and ICD-10-PCS Support: We've further expanded the bulk import capabilities to better support ICD-10-CM and ICD-10-PCS codes, enhancing the accuracy and depth of imported data.
- Addition of SOI (Severity of Illness): The new SOI Indicator field has been added to the Admitting, Principal, and Other ICD-10-CM groupings, providing enhanced insights during audits.

- Data Elements Toggle Switch: On the Audit Guidelines Data Elements tab a new toggle switch has been introduced to hide unselected data elements, giving user a clear and more focused data element view during the import process.

- Streamlined Data Element Management: The plus and copy icons have been removed for all data elements, except for those fields that may have multiple values (diagnosis codes, condition codes) in the header section, reducing clutter and focusing on essential actions.
- Companion Fields Restriction: Users can no longer add companion fields separately from the primary fields, ensuring that related data elements are managed consistently and reducing the risk of errors. Companion fields are automatically added when the primary field is added. For example, if the user adds a diagnosis code to a facility claim the POA, Comorbid, ROI and SOI fields are also added.
- Display of New Checklist Options: The Audit Box has been enhanced to include and display new checklist options that allow the user to enter additional information necessarily needed for the audit, offering greater flexibility and customization in your audit processes. This options are now readily accessible, allowing users to tailor their checklists to specific audit requirements.
- Date Entry: The Audit Box has been updated to allow users to enter rather than select a date. Audit Manager+ requires that dates to be manually entered in mm/dd/yyyy. This enhancement allows users to choose the most efficient way to enter dates.

- Auto Mark Checklists: Checklists in the Results section will now be automatically marked upon completion, or using double click mark it as a completed will streamlining the audit process and improving efficiency.
- Efficient Checklist Completion: A new "Mark All Other N/A" feature has been added, allowing users to quickly mark all non-required checklist options as "N/A." This streamlines the checklist process, enabling users to move efficiently to the next step.
