Audit Overview Enhancements
Report Preview
The Audit Overview page now has several enhancements designed to streamline the audit process by providing visibility into the final report. The information display can be customized by project based on the data that will be included in the report.
Settings In Audit Guidelines
A new AM+ Report Settings section allows clients to choose which summary tabs appear in the report preview for each specific project. Selections are saved with the guideline and reflected immediately in the preview box.
Report Preview Toggle
A new enhancement allows users to hide or show the report preview box on the Audit Overview page when the auditor is beginning the audit and wants to focus on the encounter data. The user’s preference is saved and persists across sessions.
Key Findings and Recommendations
Users can create Key Findings and Recommendations directly within the Report Preview box. A new plus icon opens an editor that lets users select, reorder, edit, or remove items, and add custom comments. All changes are saved in the preview tab, providing auditors with a convenient way to review and refine report components.
Checklist Accuracy Details
A new Checklist Accuracy Details tab provides a summary of the audit's checklist results. It displays the number of responses, possible points, deductions, and accuracy rates for each Audit Element included in the checklists.
Data Elements Results
This tab provides a consolidated summary of both metric and checklist results for each data element in the audit. When an audit includes multiple scoring types, it also displays the overall accuracy rate. The information updates automatically and includes totals for possible points, deductions, and accuracy percentages for each data element.

Audit Overview
The DOS Work Queue has been replaced with a redesigned page that gives auditors a clear, consolidated view of each audit. In Audit Manager+, an audit refers to a group of dates of service or encounters associated with the same provider. This new page brings together settings, reported encounter data, audit scores, key findings, and recommendations, so everything can be reviewed and managed in one place.
The page is organized into two main sections to support auditors throughout the workflow: the Data and Action Grid and the Results section. The Data and Action Grid lists all dates of service in the audit, provides access to each encounter for detailed review, and presents a consolidated view of all reported data across dates of service. This helps auditors understand the data being evaluated, find previously audited claims, and identify additional claims to include. The Results section provides a running summary of audit findings, allowing auditors to review and validate the information that will appear in the final report.
Below is a summary of the features on this page.
Audit Overview Progress Indicator
- The Audit Overview header now displays progress counts (# Completed / # Total), and the QA Audit Overview header shows (# QA Complete / # Total). This provides quick, at‑a‑glance visibility into audit and QA status.
Edit Column Slide-Out Panel
- A new Edit Column slide‑out panel is available on the Audit Overview page, allowing users to configure the grid to match their workflow. All data elements marked as Review in the project’s Audit Guideline are included. Users can select or deselect fields in bulk, reset to the default view, and reorder columns using drag‑and‑drop. Changes are applied when Apply is selected, and preferences persist until the user changes the settings, which may be needed if the data needs change between projects.
Close Button with Dropdown Options
- The previously found close functions across multiple buttons have been consolidated into a single button with a picklist. The dropdown includes Close Send to QA, Close Send to Report, and Close Pending Report, preserving all existing close workflows while simplifying navigation.
Accessing the Audit Worksheet
Auditors can access the Audit Worksheet directly from the Data/Action Grid by clicking on the status field, in blue font, which is a hyperlink, to the Audit Worksheet.
