This article explains how to add blank encounters or Dates of Service (DOS) to an existing project. Only Admin Users and Super Users have the permission to add DOS or encounters to an existing audit or project.
The steps may vary depending on the type of Audit Manager account you have. Refer to the sections below for detailed instructions based on your account type:
Audit Manager+ Enterprise
Follow these steps to add an encounter DOS to an existing audit using the Enterprise Version:
- Navigate to the Audit
Create Projects. The Create Projects screen will be displayed.
- Navigate to the Action menu and select Assign Audits to Project. A new window will be displayed to assign audits.
- Select the desired Audit Project from the dropdown. If it is not listed, use the + icon to create a new project.
- Choose the Auditee Type and select the Auditee.
- Select the Practice (multiple selections are allowed if needed).
- Click the + button to add a new auditee type for the same audit.
- Set the Due Date.
- Enter the Number of Encounters/DOS per provider in the designated field.
- Select the Auditor and QA Reviewer from the respective fields.
- Click Submit to assign the audit to the projects.
Audit Manager+ Multi- Account
Follow these steps to add an encounter DOS to an existing audit using the Multi-Account Version:
- Navigate to the Audit
Audit Projects. The Create Projects screen will be displayed.
- Navigate to the Action menu and select Assign Audits to Project. A new window will be displayed to assign audits.
- The desired Client will be prefilled by default. You can also change the Client using a drop-down, if needed.
- Select the desired Audit Project from the dropdown. If it is not listed, use the Add icon to create a new project.
- Choose the Auditee Type and select the Auditee.
- Select the Practice (multiple selections are allowed if needed).
- Click the Add button to add a new auditee type for the same audit.
- Set the Due Date.
- Enter the Number of Encounters/DOS per provider in the designated field.
- Select the Auditor and QA Reviewer from the respective fields.
- Click Submit to assign the audit to the projects.
