This article explains how users can send an attestation to individuals or groups in Compliance Manager. It provides clear steps for selecting recipients, configuring required settings, and sending the attestation for completion.
Follow these steps to send an Attestation:
Navigate to My Workspace and click on the plus icon to open the My Workspace Actions menu.
Scroll through the menu and select Send Attestation.
First, select an option from Location. This determines the list of Attestation Template forms to view and choose from, and it also sets the sender's location.
Note: The location selected when creating the attestation (from the location dropdown) determines which managers have permission to edit that attestation.
To complete the form, ensure all required fields marked with a red asterisk (*) are filled in.
To attach documents, choose either Private Document Attachment to upload from your computer or Document Control Attachments to select files from the Document Center in Compliance Manager.
A user can send an attestation to all users at any location they have permission to access.
To send the attestation to all employees in the location defined by the template, select Send Notification to All Employees.
Click Submit to send the attestation immediately, or Save as Draft to complete or send it later.
