There may be a number of reasons this could happen.
- The pop-up may have been blocked. (Make sure to turn off pop-up blocker.)
- You are not using Google Chrome. Our systems offer the best experience when using Chrome. You can download Google Chrome by clicking here.
- Your Flash Player may not be updated or enabled. (Flash Player must be up-to-date and enabled, for courses to play.) You can download the current Flash Player by clicking here.
