This article will walk you through the process of adding Auditees.
Step 1.
Navigate to the Manage Lists or Client Lists page.
- For AM Professional, click Admin>Manage Lists
- For AM Consulting, these lists are specific to each client in your Client list. Click on Client, then select a client from your list. Now click on Client Lists in the secondary navigation menu.
Step 2.
Click the Actions button, to open the dropdown menu.
Step 3.
In the dropdown, select the Add Auditee option.
Step 4.
Select the type of auditee. Either Provider or Coder.
Step 5.
After selecting Provider or Coder, fill out the form. Required information is noted with a red asterisk (*).

Note: Auditees can be associated to multiple practices/organizations—this is only recommended if users intend to set up distinct audits for each practice. When creating the audit for an auditee with multiple practices/organizations, it’s imperative the user indicates which practice/organization is being audited when creating the audit. If users do not select a practice (providers) or organization (coders) when creating the audit, the system is unable to designate a practice/organization and reporting at the practice/organization level is disabled.
Step 6.
After filling out the form, scroll to the bottom and click Submit, to create the Auditee profile.
