Reset Password by User

The Reset Password process lets a user regain access to their account if they forget their password or if it has been compromised. This process is typically handled by users and involves several steps to ensure security and adherence to organizational policies.

Forgot Password

Follow the steps below to reset your password using the Forgot Password option.

1. Navigate to the Compliance Manager Login screen.
2. Click on the Forget password hyperlink. It will navigate the user to the Reset My Password screen.
3. Enter the email address where the reset password instructions should be sent.

4. Click on the 'Send me Reset Password Instructions' button. The user will receive the reset password instructions at the email address provided.

   ℹ️ Notes

   Password reset emails are sent only to the user’s primary login email and not to their notification email.
5. Navigate to the Healthicity Notification email and click on the Change my Password hyperlink. The Create Your Password window will be displayed to create a new password.

6. Enter your new password in the designated field. It’s important to select a strong, unique password to improve security.

   ℹ️ Notes

   The new password must meet security requirements, such as a minimum length and inclusion of uppercase and lowercase letters, numbers, and special characters.
7. Re-enter the new password in the Confirm Password field. The goal is to verify that the password is correct and free of typing errors.
8. Click on Create Password. The screen will display a confirmation message when the new password has been created. 

Change Password

Follow the steps below to change your password:

1. Log in to the Compliance Manager using your current credentials.
2. Navigate to the profile icon and click on My Profile.
3. The My Profile screen will appear to change the password.
4. Click the Change Password link.
5. Enter your current password in the 'Enter Current Password' field. This step verifies your identity before allowing you to set a new password.

6. Enter your new password in the New Password field. Make sure to select a strong and unique password to boost security.

   ℹ️ Notes

   The new password must meet security requirements, such as a minimum length and the inclusion of uppercase and lowercase letters, numbers, and special characters.

   

7. Re-enter the new password in the Re-Enter New Password field. The purpose is to confirm that the password entered is correct and that there were no typing errors.
8. Click on Change Password. The screen will display the password reset confirmation message.
