Enhanced Checklist Validation with Required Comments & Alerts
This release introduces the option to designate the Comment field as required for checklist questions. Users receive real-time alerts if a required comment is missing, ensuring compliance and preventing checklist submission until all necessary inputs are provided.
Editable Incident Status Update Messages for Privileged Users
Privileged users can now edit Incident Status Update Messages, ensuring more accurate and up-to-date communication. All edits are tracked in the incident record’s activity log, maintaining transparency and accountability while improving clarity and response efficiency.
Enhanced Access to Submitted Incident Documents for Reporters
Incident Reporters can now download documents they originally submitted with their incident report. This enhancement improves transparency and accessibility.
Improved Differentiation of Text Answer Type and Comment Field
The Text Answer type is now a rich text field, ensuring consistency in response formatting. Additionally, the Comment field now appears only when “+ Add Comment” is selected, preventing confusion between answer inputs and comments. This update addresses user feedback and enhances clarity in checklist responses.
Recurring Audits: Checklist Due Date Alignment
Checklist due dates now follow the original checklist due date instead of defaulting to the audit’s due date. This ensures accurate deadlines for recurring audits and prevents unintended extensions.
