The Manage Lists - Auditees allows users to efficiently create and maintain a centralized list of auditees. To audit an individual or entity, they must have a record in this list.
There are three methods to add Auditee records: manually one at a time, using a bulk import file, or through Claims Connect.
This article provides instructions on creating and managing Auditee records using the first two methods.
View Auditees
Follow the steps below to create and maintain demographic information for auditees:
-
Navigate to the Admin
Manage Lists. The Auditees screen will be displayed with list of auditees.
- Using the Actions menu, you can perform the following functionalities:
- Show/Hide: To view active versus inactive auditees, use the toggle button. To see all auditees, both active and inactive, set the toggle to the View All option. The toggle defaults to displaying only active auditees.
- Add Auditee: Manually add new auditees to Audit Manage+, making sure all entities subject to audits are included. Refer to Add Auditee for instructions.
- Bulk Upload Auditees: Import multiple auditees at once using a preformatted file. Using bulk import saves time in several ways. Not only can you efficiently upload auditees, but Audit Manager will also automatically record practices and regions. Refer to the Bulk Upload Auditee article for instructions.
- Edit Auditee: Update existing demographic records to ensure auditee details are accurate and current. Refer to the Edit Auditee article for instructions.
- Delete Auditee: Remove auditees permanently from the list. Once deleted, records cannot be recovered. Audit Manager+ will not allow deletions if there is an ongoing audit (in any stage of the audit process) in the system.
- Run Report: This function generates a CSV file of the auditees currently displayed in the list on the page. You can create reports for all auditees or a selected subset by filtering the displayed list.
