This article explains how Employee Users can view and manage their assigned tasks in the My Tasks page within Compliance Manager. All pending and overdue tasks appear on the user’s workspace and can be accessed by clicking the task title under the Open Tasks column. This helps employees easily track, complete, and stay up to date on their assigned compliance activities.
Profile Panel (Left Sidebar)
The left panel displays your profile information and quick navigation options, including My Tasks, My Messages, and My Custom Settings. You can switch between task lists using the Task List dropdown or click Go to My Tasks to view all assigned tasks in detail.
My Tasks (Center Panel)
This section lists your open tasks, including task name, type, due date, and status. You can search or filter tasks using the Quick Filter bar, click a task title to open it, and use the Show All button to view your complete task list.
Resources Section
The Resources area provides access to shared documents and reference materials. You can use the search filter to quickly locate files, and each listed resource displays its publication date for easy reference.
Right Sidebar
The right-hand sidebar includes two sections: Where I Left Off, which tracks your most recent activities, and News and Updates, which displays recent bulletins and announcements shared within your organization.
Training Tile and Report Incident Button
The Training tile provides quick access to assigned training courses, helping you stay up to date with compliance education. The Report Incident button allows you to submit incidents directly from your workspace for quick follow-up and resolution.
